Payments must be completed in full before dispatch or delivery. We accept digital payment methods such as UPI, Google Pay and Phonepe. We do not accept liability for payment issues that occur via third-party platforms. Delivery We offer delivery within specific areas in Bhopal only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate; we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Product Handling All our drinks are handcrafted and fermented in small batches. They must be kept refrigerated and consumed within the recommended time frame for best taste and safety. Shake lightly before drinking, and be mindful of natural fizz and sediment—this is part of the fermentation process. Refunds & Returns Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll do our best to replace or refund in genuine cases. Promotions & Offers Offers (like discounts, freebies, or giveaways) are subject to change and may be limited by time or stock. Promotional items cannot be exchanged or returned for cash or credit. Customer Conduct We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in abusive, fraudulent, or disrespectful behavior. Intellectual Property The content on our website, product names, and designs are created by us with love.
