Refund and Cancellations
1. No Returns or Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund.
We kindly ask customers to review their order details carefully before confirming.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
While we do not accept returns, we care about your satisfaction:
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Send us a photo of the item and a brief note about the issue to cherry@herbrews.life or DM us on Instagram.
If the issue is valid, we will replace the product at no extra cost.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only processed:
If a prepaid order was not fulfilled due to stock unavailability.
If a genuine delivery issue occurs from our side and we’re unable to resolve it.
All refund decisions are made at the discretion of the Herbrews team.
